Paying homage to the simple classic, our Indomee Buttermilk Truffle packs a punch that is perfectly balanced by creamy buttermilk, a sunny side up egg and deliciously aromatic truffles. Some have gone so far as to say “best noodles in Sydney”. Maybe they’re right, you’ll have to see for yourself.
What would a Ho-Jiak menu be without our delectably spicy rendang curry?
