ABOUT HO JIAK TOWN HALL

Dubbed the personal playground of Head Chef Junda Khoo, Ho Jiak Town Hall is fun, creative and bold. Here, Junda puts his own spin on dishes like the Assam laksa, served in the form of a salsa and granita distinctively swirled in a bite with a slice of raw Hiramasa Kingfish. Or the Vegemite Short Ribs, Junda’s version of the Malaysian Marmite beef ribs. Slow cooked and drenched in a Vegemite gravy, the tender meat falls off the bone oh so easily, melts in your mouth, and will have you licking your fingers all the way through.
